second quarter. ;D

heeey bloggers this quarter has been and alright quarter(': i cant believe half of the school year has past. this year came by fast ;( ..probably because were just busy alot. this quarter was busy since we had many activities.  such as isa, halloween dress out contest, talent show, winter fair, etc. i had alot of experiences while doing these activitys. i learned that you need to work fast because some people just dont want to wait. i also learned that mantvpeople doesnt really like playing with the darts game in qinter fair :p. oh and halloween i learned that many people have a great imagination. i never knew someone could be jack and the box or a pecock. the scariest part of this quarter was talent show because it was a requirement to perform for talent show or else youll get an "f" . i never did imagine myself doing talent show at all.  i wasnt really scared about performing but about what other people was going to say about our pwrformance. this quarter was some what scared because i was afraid  if i wasnt gonna get straight  a's. because in englishbi got a b but then i brang it up but i didnt really to well on my wssay so i dont knoe if that would bring my grade down or not.  but overall this quarter was ohkaaye its just i had alot of new experiences. the best part of second quarter was at the end we have a long break plus we get presents. also i becomming closer with everyone in leadership more(: lol i might have some spelling errors since i had to do thiss on my phonee because i dont have internet in my house ;p. well i cant wait to see everyone afer christmas(;  well bye second quarter hello third quarter ;*

last week of second quarter ;o

Heeeey bloggers this week was an alright week to end the quarter but oh wells. This week was winter fair and it was pretty fun (; . But i wished i could of cruised with my friends -,-' during that time but i had to work during most of the time but its kaaye.(: During winter fair no body really wanted to play the darts game because they thought it was hard. Only the same people keeps coming back to play since they were the only ones that actually know how to play. The saddest part of it was that a BOY put all his effort into throwing the dart but it didnt even reach the board (x And a girl threw the dart to high it hit the window :p . People now days, so sad. The busiest part was in the beginning and end of winter fair. I had to work at the ice cream since no one wanted to play at the darts. This week in english we had to a really big test on our last day of class ;( . but since it was christmas our teacher let us use our notes for the test, which i was so glad to since i forgot to study. In social studies we just watched a movie this whole week. thank god because i wasnt in the mood to do any work ;p This week in math we just made a power point on our own problem we created. Then on the last day for that class we got to do whatevers, and i think the weirdest part of that was when some boys asked me to play with them(x. It was alright but they was sore losers since i kept wining lol since i cheated ;p. Also this week in science we just did labs that wasnt gonna be graded which was fun since we go to test out our earthquake machine. so this week was just a normal week except for the killling that happen in Connecticut. that was so sad my prayers go out to them and their families. byee guuys have fun during your guys winter break (;

santa sharing (;

Heeeey guuuuys so today waas the day to open our santa christmas gift ^--^.. So i had Laurence x .. but i had to give her present after she was done working cafe'. I got her a one direction case ^__<  It was really hard to find a one direction case. i was going to order it online but i didn't know if it was going to come in time. I also, got her a makeup kit *--* , i didn't know if she uses make up or not but i just wanted to spend more than $20 (=. haha anyways i hope she likes it >.< .. We all was excited to open our gifts and see who has us. When someone gives their gift to the other person then everyone went awuuuh <3. Then after when someone is done opening their gift everyone claps(x. hhaha to me when Savannah gave Kevin his gift. That was so adorable *--*. haha so i got my gift at the end of secret Santa  My secret santa was MR.ING (x lololololol at first i was scared to open my gift because i thought it was a gecko or a type of animal .. and i don't like those kinds of animal ;p so i opened my gift a good amount of distance from me just in case it jumped on me xD . haha but when i open my gift i seen the chips -,- .and thought is that all i got.. it was funny because he wasn't lieing he actually put chips in his gift(x.. but then when i looked more further into my gift i found a forever 21 gift card ^--^ .. Just wanna say thaaank you MR.ING (=

Talent Presentaition Blog ~

Heeeeey guuuys ;D so i made my talent presentation on the power point.  To me i did really good. The first slide was just my introdution and i put a picture demonstrating my talent. I was curling my hair during the picture. I think this was good because it shows that i can do my talent. On my seond slide i had to give background infos on doing hair. For eample how i got it and when did realize i had that talent. I got my talent from my watching others do their hair hich inspired me to my own. Also i go this talent from youtube videos which made me become more interested in doing hair, and making it all pretty like. I think this slide was pretty interesting because it explained more about my talent. On my third slide it explains how my talent can help leadership. Doing hair can help leadership because it involes accuracy, and imagination. On my Fourth slide it has my video essay. On my video essay i showed how to do a fish tail braid but i only did it half way. Then i curled my hair. My voice is scratchy since i was sick but its alright i guess. But  i know mostly everyone know how to curl hair  but some people don't. so this is for them (; On my fifth slide i had how i accomplished my 6 glos during this avtivity. My talent presentaion is one of my best power point i made.

12-3 ~ 12-7

Heeey bloggers this week went good.(': Except for one thing my teacher lowered my grade to B for english. GHETTO!  but its was just because i was absent and didnt make up for my work. So when i made up for it i still got a B because i did it wrong so i have to redo it again ;( . Yeah that was probably the only bad thing that happen this week plus that was my first B ever. Anyways this week for social studies we finish our one month essays(: and we got to start on our poem posters about the mexico war with americans. In english we just continued reading animal farm. It was actually a good book but some what weird. In science we started learning more about waves and got to do a lab on how to see a lonitudal wave? i think :/ In math we had a free period to catch up with anything in that class. Also this week was the bowling field trip *0*. It was really fun even though i was terrible at bowling(x. So at the bowling alley, the first game i did good actually without the bumpers ;p. I got a 63. My scores got lowered -,-' in the second and third game since Mr.Ing said it was gonna be graded ;(. haha yeaah but at the bowling i got to see some people that i never seen for a long time(; . I also got to meet this person that i wanted to meet for awhile now ^--^. haha yeaah im not gonna go into much detail with that. Also this week was my first practice for dance. I got really tired easily since i was used to not practicing anymore. It was super fun though since my friends was their(x. Also i didnt do things right since it was my first time but no one laughed at me. THANK GOD. haha yeaah it was harder than i remeber but its kaaaye. so imma just continue with that and hoppe ill get better(; so that was my week pretty gee(:

11-25 ~ 11-30

Heeeeeeeeeeey bloggers its almost Christmas ^--^. I'm so excited to open my gift ;p. haha anyways this week as actually somewhat good to me only at school though because I had issues at home but I'm not gonna get into much detail in that since its not good. Lol and I'm trying to stay positive in everything in life !(; we'll  just see how long I can stay positive !(x. Haha so this week not that much happen that's so exciting >.< well this week Was my very first week not doing cheerleading and it was really hard rembering that I don't have practice because I'm already used to it. I've been doing cheerleading for 3years now and then I quit when theirs a competition in 5 months. Irrk well yeah but now I'm gonna join dance 808 studio. I went their before but the I quit for try something else so now I'm gonna go back and see how it is.  Yeaah also this week my friends or everyone in our group is getting closer now since everyone stopped talking shit" behind people back. Honestly to me its just people change so its not the same as last year ._.  Also this week I never see my dad for a while now since he's in lanai for a job. He doesnt come back till we go on our winter break. I miss my dad because he's always been their for me and this is the longest I didn't see him. Lol and my sister thinks he's at his friends house and we just don't want to pick him up !(x  so this week in school was really boring all we did was work work work or write write write.  It' was so boring because we was just learning something we already knew just in a different wording. Yeaah so I just finished my essay for social studies and English . It took us one month just to do this paper. So my essay is about 6-7 pages long. I say I did pretty good in it but I need more information but oh wells its due already and I already print it out.  Soo glad it's almost winter break because I'm in need to relax and sleep more. heeeey bloggers so were doing this new activity about ourselves. We have to create a poster board about ourself to show how we changed form the beginning to the end. So these Photos above are some of the pictures i want to add to my poster board. These are pictures of my very first power point i made in leadership. This was my power point to get into leadership. i want to put these photos onto my poster board because this was the very first thing i did for leadership at Ilima. Also, because this is how i got into leadership. Also, it shows how much information or details or effort i put into my work. As you can see i didnt put that much effort into i could of now. i didn't put that much effort before because that was before i learned new skills i obtained from leadership. So by having this photo its show how my presentations, creativity, and details had changed since i started leadership.

seventh week of second quarter ~

Heeeey bloggers!(; so this week was a really short week. We only had 3 days of school but i only went to school for 2 days since i was and couldn't go sleep.  This week in english we learned about sources for research information. We had to take so much notes about this so we wont forget and to help us with our research project in social studies. This week in Math we started learning about liner and nonlinear and putting it in with the slope and finding our own x and y values. This topic was somewhat hard at the beginning  but after some practice i got used to the problems. This week in Social Studies we continued our research  project about the trails moving west for example the California trail, Oregon trail, and Mormon trail. In Science we just did our lab on energy waves. Also, we continued taking notes on the key terms of our topic.  This week was very fun since we have a long weekend. Also, this week is thanksgiving so i want to thank the leadership people for being my new friends and helping me get better at things i needed to improve. Also, for challenging me do things i never imagined doing. So thank you <3. Yesterday was black Friday and everyone was out shopping while i was home watching movies!(: .. But then at night we went to waikele for Christmas shopping. i only bought a little than i wanted. Im in need for more clothes. So during this week i stayed home and babysit my baby sister, it was really tireing and fun though spending quality time with my sister since i couldnt spend time with her during the weekend. I  also got time to relax witch was good since i really never have time to do that since my mom always ask me to do things. So this week was really good even though i didnt have time to do my own thing and get what i wanted. Well hope your guys week was ; great!(: Weellll byyyyye XD

sixth Week of second of quarter

heeeeeeeey blogggggggers!(';  so this week came by really slow .___. this week wasnt as great as last week. first of all i sprained my ankle and i was limping at school for the last 3 days of school which was hard. it was hard because i had music and after recess is our next period and im always late for class because i have to walk slowly to class so i wont hurt my  ankle. also because i got in trouble in class for being late and i told them i was late because i had to clean up for music and they didnt take that reason because i dont have our passes for it. this week wasnt good  because some of my core teachers is just plain irritating, because if someone asks me for help so i helped the but the teacher got mad because were talking and the other student wasnt done yet so she called the students parent because she was just asking for help and to me thats just stupid. this week wasnr as great as i planned because all my friends are irritated with each  other and everyone is just falling apart. which was so sad because we used to be so close so i really in need of new better friends bcause i dont like when your friend takes out their anger on you and a friend who is never their when youve been their for them the whole time. so anyways for english we took our hsa this week and i exactly made 300 on the spot hehe. last year for my first try on hsa i made 299 for reading. for math we started learning about linears and non lineats and slopes on graphs. also making the line on a graph when just given the equation.  at first i didnt fulky understand it but after multiple problems i started to understand it . for science we started  learning about waves that u cant see. this topic was somewhat confusing because we only know some key terms and our teacher thinks we learned alot just from the  15 key terms but we didnt because we didnt fully understand the key terms since she didnt explain that much. for social studies we continued working on our 5paragraphed essay in the different trails going west. so my wek wasnt as good as i expected. welll yeaaah kaaaye byee bloggggers!(':

i have the pictures of my background on my previous blog.those arnt the exact pictures im going to ude but its the closest thing i could find to the one im going to use. sorry i could upload it together the internet is broken and it wont let me on my fone. so like were doing a project about our talent. my talent i choosed was doing hair. i choosed this talent  because  i  like doing my own hair or others hair if they let me. i also picked it because it exprwss who i am because i do my hair like everyday. i choosed those photos on my other blog as my background beacuse some are showing them doing hair and their finish look after when its all done. those photos are strangers doing their hair. my original photos i want to put as my background is me doing my or someone else hair and the finishing look when its done. the color of my background is ging to brown  mix wid black and some highlights because thats the color of my hair. it also might show a little lighy green because thats the color of ny room or my bathroom, this is where i do my hair everyday. showing hair in the background expresses my talent more because its showing you guys my talent. every slide is going to be a different styles of hair. so this would show you what i can do just in case  i didnt have enough time to do it because doing hair takes time. so my theme of my powerooint is hair.

fifth week of second quarter~

heeeey guys so  this week came by fast since we only had 4 days of school!(: This week was really fun ^--^ How was your guys week?!?..Well this week we got to do our audition for talents show... For talent show im danceing with Serena, Bretman, Jessica, Laurence, and Nickki. And we wasnt even ready for the talent show ;/ but gladly Bretman came up with a dance for us just for audiotions, and we only learned it the daay before!(x Ohkaaye so in English we just continued reading animal farm, and doing our activitys for it. For example we had to write down questions about the chapter, find words we didnt know in the chapter, draw whats happening in the chapter, and  lastly make a connection to the book (yourself - the chapter). In Science we finished our topic on rocks which was really good since rocks is so boring to learn about. Now were learning about wave energy or something like that..because i forgot ;/ ..In the past day of science we only wrote down key terms, define it , and create a picture to match it. Well in Math were learning about linear and non linear. At first i got mixed up because of the graph...it didnt properly show which were points. yeah i dont like that topic .___.  So in social studies we started our essay that would take about 3 weeks to finish. Our essay is about the different types of trails people took to go west. For example their are the Oregon trail, Mormon trail, and the California trail. My essay is going to be about the Oregon trail. So far in the week we only have completed our introduction and is working on our first paragraph for the body. Tuesday was election day and i went to go vote with my grandma sine my mom was working and my dad was on Lanai. But yeah so i guess obama won? well thats what i heard from everyone.. So that was my week pretty gee ^.< Hope to have a better week next week ~ Welll byyyyye bloggggers !(:

talent strips (glo)

Doing this activity i accomplished the six glo's. I accomplished glo #1 by coming up with my five talents on my own. For example my five talents is cooking, cheering, doing hair, encouraging others and designing. I accomplished glo#2 by sharing our talents to our whole class. For example going one at a time sharing our talents and listening to other students talents. i accomplished glo#3 by thinking of reasons on how my talents can help leadership. For example..My talent is doing hair and this can help leadership because it involves patience and imagination. And in leadership you need to have patient with others even if they irritate you so much. I accomplished glo#4 by trying my hardest to neatly write it. For example trying to write my talent and the explanation really neat and trying to make it fit in the space given. i accomplished glo #5 by communicating with my classmates about the talent strips. For example when i was sharing my talent with other students and asking about their opinion on it and i give them my opinion on their talent afterwards. i accomplished glo #6 by writing a blog on the talents strips. For example the talent strips blog and the talents strips glo blog.

So like we did these beautiful talent strips ^.^  In this in activity we had to find five talents we had that would help leadership. Finding my five talents was some what hard because at first i didn't know my talents at first. But after i realized that mostly everything you do is a talent because some people cant do the ability you can. Well my first five talents wasnt really talents, it was like my skills because i thought skills and talents were the same thing but their not. So i came up with different talents i have after sharing my first talent. I think after listening to other students talents and reasoning helped me a lot. It helped me because i was having trouble finding a talent that would help leadership. But after that one sharing day it became easier to find my talents and reasoning on how it could help leadership. 

So monday we had to link up our talents strips that we have already shared. We put our first talents strip we shared with the name on the outside. Then we put our second talents strips we shared with out talent outside.  To me this look likes chains obviously lol!(x . It also looks like we connect and were one. That is what i think it looks like to me because its all connected together as a unity. 

I think the chain represents each one of us. I think it represents each one of because it shows our names and talents. So like its somewhat explaining who we are and what we like to do. I also think it represents us why were in leadership. I think this because we had to name five talents we have and explain how it would help leadership. 

I think the reason for linking it together is to show that everyone is one . I think this because everyone is connecting their talents strips together. By connecting our talents strips it shows that if one of us fails we all fail together. 

Fourth week of second quarter

Heeeey bloggers!(; so like this week was actually goood!(: .. Nothing bad really happen to me.. Thank god!(: hehe . This week was really fun since this week was Halloween and we did a thriller performance !(: I was super nervous !(x lol. This week in english we had our second test on ANIMAL FARM. It was some what hard because i forgot what happen in the book and we hardly talked about what happen i the book. Hopefully within 2 weeks were going to be done with the book. This week in Social studies we learned about the industrial revolution on how it was forming into a city. This was a really interesting topic for me because i always wanted to know how a city was born. In social studies we took a test and it was hard because i couldnt remember everything that we learned since we only talk about it for awhile and then move on to another topic. But thank god i studied and we had a study session before the test so i hoping i really did good!(: This week in Math we reviewed HSA and shared our opinion about how was the HSA. In math we told our teacher what kind of problems we need to work so we would know how to do it the next time we take the math HSA. This week in Science we learned more about rocks and then we reviewed everything about rocks. For example the different types of rocks and what are the rock made of. Also we took a test on rocks but i missed it since it was ISA day. This week we was a really busy week because we had Halloween dress out, talent show sign ups, and ISA. Halloween was really funny because of the costume the students wearied to school. And we had to perform thriller which was super scary >;p ISA i think went well because no one really got yelled at or in trouble. Also i was super lucky because i got to stay in the shade =D hehe. It was fun watching our school win and other schools play. I also got to see some of my friends from before which was good because i got to reunite with them!(; ohkaaye so that was my weeek prettty goood

halloween performance

haaapppy halloweeen!!!!(; guuuyys how was your halloween?!....Thats good =D so like this halloween we had to perform triller ! ;p I was super duper nervous like i was actually shaking. Before we was about to go on i was so confuse if we was performing during lunch or wiki but we performed during wiki. Our prepping was so rushed because we thought we was performing in the morning so we had to rush our makeup since we wasnt even close to being done. The makeup came out really good, because people or other students was saying we actually look scary!(x haha but it was really funny during the preping because we was all complaing we look so ugly but it didnt matter because zombies are suppose to look ugly (; hehe. When we performed i was trying to look down so i didnt have to look at their faces before i mess up and start laughing (x lol. But i hontestly think we did could but we could have done better. i also was super glad since i didnt forget any of the steps =D yaay . After our performace we got take pictures as a group and with other students. it was fun(: i was shaking alot after the performace because i was scared and nervous but it was alll goood after awhile. The performace was really short because i think the students thought their was going to be more but we ended it their. But i had fun and it was really goood to experience something like that.

Third week of second quarter

Heeeeey bloggers!(: .. So like this week wasnt the best week in school because we wasn't doing our jobs correctly,  not doing blogs , not finishing work in other classes , and etc. honestly this week wasn't that bad to me. But the saddest part of this week was when we just started secret Santa and it got cancelled after a couple of days. Also, this week was scary ;p because of what happen in the lounge. I was so terrified being chased off by shanon!(x .. I can't even explain how I felt and I was literally shaking afterwards. Well this week in English we finished up reading chapter 5 and 6 on animal farm. It's a interesting book because it talks about animals taking over the farm and running it. Also in english we took a test on the chapters 4-6 and vocabulary for those chapters. I can't wait to finish the book so I can take an ar test. For math this week we took our hsa, I'm not as satisfied with my score. I got 327.. But I wish I would of gotten it higher. The hsa was somewhat hard because some problems we didn't even learn so we had to use whatever we know to solve it. For science we did labs about rocks, which was boring because we was just looking at rocks. For math workshop we worked on hsa problems and aleks. For social studies we created a skit about what we learned on the Lewis and Clark expedition. It was really funny and better than doing book work. We also took a test it wasnt as hard as everyone said. For leadership we practice for our Halloween performance. I'm super scaried to perform because I know a lot of people that's going to be watching. Also because Im nervous about what people are going to say about the dance >.<  well that was Myy week .

Heeey guuys so this is my talents show flyer ^.< . I accomplished my six glos on this activity. I accomplished glo #1 by creating this wonderful flyer by myself. For example decorating it and making it look attractive. i accomplished glo #2 by asking my fellow classmates what background they used so i wont take that one. Also, to have a better image on how it should look like. For example when looking for a background i asked for their opinion on it. I accomplished glo #3 by being a complex thinker and solving my . For example changing my words color, fonts and pictures to match the background. i accomplished glo #4 by doing the flyer on the computer instead of hand writing it out. For example taking the picture off the internet instead of drawing it out so it can look neater. i accomplished glo #5 by communicating with my fellow classmates about how my flyer looks like and giving them my opinion on their flyer. For example sharing ideas. i accomplished glo #6 using a computer (technology) to create my talent show flyer. For example using pages to complete this task.

secret santa ~

Daaam *_* It's almost Christmas. This year, came by to fast -__-. Well anyways were doing a secret santa activity which i think is really cool. Soo you might be wondering who i have buut i cant tell you >.<  lol.. Anyways for Christmas i want a new phone but sadly i cant get that :( cuz it over the limit but if u get me it ill love you forever!(x.. Naawuh but foreals i want clothes from Jeans Warehouse, Forever 21, or Charlotte Russe. I like the tops that are tied in the front and the high and low tops. Im a size xtra-small or a small. I also want jewlery from Claires, Icing, and the other 3 stores above ^^.  The jewelry I use is mostly earrings . I love the studs one and the ear cuffs because i don't have much of those. Well thats all i want for christmas! ^__^ Thaanks guyys ~ 

second week of second quarter

This week was so tiring for some reason. This week came by sort of slow.  During this week in my periods we learned new topics in class. For English we learned new techniques to writing a paragraph. For example putting evidence from the book into your explaining part and elaborating the evidence. In English we had to do an essay which was so boring but easy sort of. For Science we have a new science teacher, she is really cool but means at some points. In class we did more active work instead of book work. We observed rocks .. which was boring but better then reading about them. We also made a poster on the rock cycle which was fun and watch a movie about after life. For Math we reviewed transformations, which was super easy since we learned it in elementary. In class we have a project on creating a poster about the 3 transformation. For Math Workshop we reviewed some HSA test and worked on aleks. For social studies we learned about Andrew Jackson (our seventh president) and Thomas Jefferson. In social studies we wrote letters, poems , and pretended to be the president. For leadership we got start on our dance for Halloween. The dance is so hard to take it  seriously lol but its actually coming out pretty good. So this was my week, nothing special happen.

Here's my halloween dress out poster. I acomplished the six glo's while completeing this activity. I accomplished glo #1 by being a self directed learner and making the halloween dress out title with the cutter.   For example the words said halloween dress out, the categories, to particpate, and when is it. I accomplished glo #2 by working on this poster with my partner trixie on this and exchanging ideas to decorate the poster. For example texting trixie to see what to put in the poster. I accomplished glo #3 by comming up with an idea to cover up my mistakes on the poster. For example i wrote on when where not supposed to, so we printed it out and paste it over the written words. I accomplished glo #4 by making the poster neat since we printed and cut our words out. For example we printed out the words saying the categories, to participate , when , and see A101 for more information.  I accomplished glo #5 by communicating with my partner on creating the poster and seeing how to design it. For example by talking to trixie durning homeroom and advisory to see what to do on the poster. I accomplished glo #6 by using the computer to type out the words and printing it out.

leadership is not about ability... It means responsibility

The Quote "Leadership is not about ability... It means responsibility. " came from the movie "The core".  I didn't watch the movie but Mr. Ing told us a little about it. This means that leadership isn't about the things you are able to do but it means the things that you can take responsibility for. This means to me that leadership is about leaders taking responsibility.

Here's my halloween dress out flyer. I accomplished glo#1 by working on the flyer by myself. For example designing it and creating it on my own. I accomplished glo#2 by working on the poster above with my partner trixie. For example we exchange ideas to decorate the poster and what to write on it. Also, i asked my classmates for their opinion on my flyer. I accomplished glo#3 by solving my problems that i had with my flyer. For example   not making the pictures blocking the words. Also making my flyer look neat and appealing. I accomplished glo#4 by making my flyer on the computer. For example if i hand made my flyer then it would look messy since their would be many erase marks, etc. Also, computer makes everything look neater and my flyer doesnt look so cluttered. I accomplished glo#5 by communicating with my fellow classmates about what they think about my flyer. For example they  give me some more ideas to make my flyer look better and in return i tell them what they should do to make it a lil' better. I accomplished glo#6 by using a computer to complete my flyer. For example finding Halloween pictures and background on the internet to put on my flyer. So i accomplished the six glos for this activity.

The last week of 1st quarter.

Oh my gosh the first quarter just ended, I swear it was just the first day of school  -__-  soo sad ;( This week came by too  fast. I started off this week horrible but ended the week great. To me this week was the week where you have to get all your grades up. I love my grades for the first quarter .. Straight a !(= .
 This week in my classes all we had time to catch up with whatever we need to. In English ..we took soo many test that I couldn't remember how much lol !(x In math we just continued learning about the pythgerom Therom(?)  ..honestly to me this was pretty easy since its like order of operations. In social studies we continued doing out blogs about the bill of rights and the amendments aka right we have in life.  In science we made our volcanoes and got to make it exploded. This was my best class this week since we got to do this experiment. In math workshop I finally passed my goal for Aleks. 
On Friday was the best day of the week since we had a lip sinking contest. Honestly I think some of the people that did it, some what sucks because u can tell they was saying the wrong words but I give the, credit for having the guts to do it in front of a lot of people. Also, on Friday I finally got to meet no direction which made my day. It was super funny watching them and they did awsome performing. Soo this was my week pretty good.

eighth week of school

This week was actually my best week so far of school. This week didn't come slow neither fast. During this week we got to start on yearbooks !(: i think mines came out pretty guud than I thought it would be. This week we also talked about the retreat and I'm like there just listening even though I'm not going .__.  ..it sound like so much fun but too bad I can't go.  In period 1we took a retake test on dystopia and utopia and persuasive words . It was actually easy than the other test. But I got an A on both (; In 2cd period we just talked about the retreat and stated to create our blogs which was super fun(: In period 3 was the best class of all this week we got start building volcanoes which was really fun and better than book work. In class we made so much mess because everyone was throwing the paste everywhere lol^_^ In period 4 we started to create blogs again like last year but this time it's about the bill of rights. In period 5 we just did aleks so we can an easy a in that class. In period 6 we learned about find out a side of a triangle ..I forgot what it was called haha. Well that's my week pretty guud!(:

seventh week of school

This week actually felt slow to me. Not as fast as last week. This week i had lunch music. It was hard some what because i didn't know what to do since i didn't do it last time. But through out the week i got used to. The hardest part of this job was remebering coming to A101 for leadership to put the lunch music on the ipod. This week was really boring -__-  all we did in my classes was take notes and tests since its almost the last week of school.  For english we started a new book to read and to learn new english techniqes.  For science class we took 2 different test about earths interior, a pretest and a test. I felt good about the test.. I think i did good since i studied all night. Also in science we watched a movie about life after people. For math we started learning about cube roots and ordering rational numbers. It was really easy! For social studies it wasn't as boring as the others because we got to make a political cartoon about the great compromise or 3/5 compromise. It was hard because we have to make it funny and draw it out.  That was my weeek so far not that interesting hoping net week would be better(;  Weelll bye ;p

Welcome social

Yesterday was welcome social and we had a really busy day because we had to set up for the welcome social. I think the hardest part of the welcome social was cleaning up because the things were really heavy and most of us didn't know what to do. I honestly think the welcome social went well(:  At the social I worked first shift at the ring toss. At the ring toss their wasn't that much people that played.  Only very few of the students won a prize at the ring toss because they didn't know how to throw it in the hole. It was some what funny watching the students not win and give up but I felt bad..but oh wells. When I was done wih my shift I  got to stay with my friends. We danced and took pictures. I love the photo booth but it showed all our flaws but it was alright. We got to go in the photo booth first and everyone was rushing to go in lol. The photo booth was the best part of the welcome social because mostly everyone wanted to take pictures especially me but the line was long -__- . I also enjoyed the tattoo because wasn't as long like last year at spring fling. I also liked the dance competition. I wanted to do the hulu hoop contest but I didnt know their was gonna have one lol.  wElCoMe social was really fun and  funney (x .

sixth week of school

Ohh my gosh this week came by so fast. Well this week was very exciting because of a welcome social.  But school in general was some what boring because we didn't do as much interesting things we did last week to learn new things.  This week I had to write 2 essays for english and social sudies
-__-  Well this week i still had after shool sales because the lounge wasn't open yet. It wasn't hard because i already know what to do since i had experience last. Well english we had a really hard test but i manage to do good on it since i studied for it. I had to remember the traits of the dystopia city and remember how to spell the word from the traits of dystopia.  And for science all we do was take notes, find the definition on the key terms, worksheet, and assessments on the section we worked on. For social studies we learned about the arts of confederation. We had to write an essay about the arts of confederation which was pretty easy. Also, for math were learning about ordering the fractions, decimals, percents. Which is really easy ^.^ Awuuh the quarter is almost done and still reaching for my straight a's lol ^.<  Well that was myy week hope to have a funner week next week (=

fifth week of school

This week came by really fast -__-  It's already half first quarter ;/  This week we had intamerials and it was really fun. During this intamerials I worked as clip bored, and bags. My favorite job was clipboards because we got to score the classrooms. I didn't do field because their isn't much as people doing the jobs because many people were on probation because of their grades. Well this week my job was after school sale. This job was some what challenging because when they buy little bit  and payed with a big bill then we had to calculate whats their change.  But luckily i could do mental math which made after school sale easier. In first period were learning about the difference between utopia and dystopia. In second period we just got ready for intamerials like staple our classes we had for intamerials.  In third period we just took notes all week and watch a really boring movie. In fourth period is my favorite core class because its really fun the way the teacher teaches the class like we watch a cartoon video on independence. In fifth period i have math workshop which lets me do math on my own paste. Lastly sixth period i have math and this class is really easy because i already know this stuffs that our teacher was teaching us. This week was fabulous!!(;  <3

I accomplished Glo #1 by thinking of a way to make it look attractive such as the colors and one of the fonts and some pictures by myself.
I accomplished Glo #2 by working with my partner on what we should put as our background and how we should display it.
I accomplished Glo #3 by finding out the way to put the picture as the background. I found out how to put the picture as the background by clicking anything that I think would make the pic as the background.
I accomplished Glo #4 by typing it out because if I wrote And drew the pictures then it would have look messy because I'm not the best drawer.  Also,by organizing it so it wouldn't look like a blob and cluttered.
I accomplished Glo #5 by communicating with my partner what we should put on the flyer and what pictures should we put on it. Also, by talking to our other classmates and ask what they think about it and giving them feedbacks on their flyer.

fourth week of school

This week came by really fast .__. But i still had a great time!(: This week was picture taking and I was so nervous to take my picture because I want it to be perfect not ugly like last year :/ . After I took my picture I asked the guy if I could see it then he said then everyone else could see it . Well this week my job was T.V. And it was really fun being on T.V.  On my first  time being on T.V. I was super nervous..... I like got butterflies in my stomach -__- but Heighlee said I did good for my first time!(:  On Friday we tried a new thing ..instead of the green background we put background that came from the computer which was cool! ^__^  I finally checked webgrader and I'm satisfied with my grades <3  Also, this week i finished with my book (the hunger games) it was long but really good. And i finished my ar goal!(= In my classes it was really boring :( because all we did was book work and take notes and test. Well that's all that happen during my week not much but it's okay lol. third week of school!(;

This week of school was awsome we had many eperiences of new different things to do or observe. Like the leadership renioun we got to see the previous leadership people from couple years ago say their leadership moment. For this week my job was morning and wiki music. This was a complicated job because some people didn't like the music we played and many people was giving us request to play. Also,  there were some commercial playing  so we had to do a announcement during the commercial.  Another thing we had during this week was open house where we had to greet and  pass out papers to family's . This week wasn't boring because in my classes we didn't do as much book work instead we did skits, art, watch videos and etc. The best part of this week was going on our field trip. For our field trip we went to the movies and ala moana. It was really fun because we got to hang out with our periods or our friends from leadership. We got to watch the odd life of timothy green. This movie wasn't the best but it was okay. After the movie everyone went outside and suck in the sunlight like how timothy did in the movie which was hilarious. Then, we walked to ala moana and went shopping. After we walked to magic island to watch the fireworks and its was beautiful but short. So this week was a fun and thrilling week ^__^.

Second week of school

Yeaah  guys !(: we finished our second week of school !^_^  .. This week came by soo fast ... Well I had an Awsome week working at the IDs. Their isn't as much work to do at the ID job. But I learned some new things about this job. I learned how to make a new ID for a teacher. It was very interesting how some people already lost their ID and it's only the second week of school. This week for me was sort of busy because I already have projects in class to turn in.  During this week i went to my math enrichment class for the first time and it was really fun  trying a new thing.(:  Also, during this we had an instagram photo challenged which I entered to.  This  was a very creative way to allow students to get involve and even though I can't win , I still had a great time participating .(=  I actually had a better second week this year rather than last year since because I didn't know most of the students in my team last year. This week was very thrilling and hope that next week would be even better.

8th grade officers student body treasurer

heeey everyone so you guys know about the 8th grade officers..  well i want to do that. i want to be student body treasurer!(:  I think i would be good for this job because i am a very responsible person. I do everything that has to be done. I remember the things i need to do or accomplish. . I would be good for this job because i'm a honest and smart person. i never tell anyone something that is not true. Also, I don't get in to drama or in trouble. i get good grades and i try my very best in everything that i do. Also, I  am good at math and that is my favorite subject.  Another reason, on why i should do this job is because I am well organize. I know where i put most of my things and i keep all my school work all organize. My mom is an accountant so taught me how to keep track of my money. So i want to be a a student body treasurer.

first week of school

Heeey guys and gals!(: well my first week of school sucked because I hardly went to school because I was sick -__- . But I'm feeling much more better now(; . During the 7th and 8th grade orientation was very busy because everyone was waiting in line for their planners or ID so we had to work quickly like schedule pick up. Also, during this week I had to work during lunch just to put the iPod in the cafe so the students can listen to music while they eat.  Friday was the only experience I had for my job since i was absent. The hardest part of this job is checking the time when to leave so we can set up the music already. Also, coming up with songs that doesn't have bad words or a bad message. This was a really terrific and challenging  first week of school.

I accomplished all my glo's when creating my bio cube.
GLO#1:       I accomplish GLO#1 by doing this project all by myself. For example thinking what to write for each side without any assistance and putting the cube together.

GLO#2:        I accomplish GLO#2 by showing and telling them about my bio cube. For example went to my friends and look at their bio cube while their looking at my bio cube.

GLO#3:        I accomplish GLO#3 by when I had to think about what to write and how to design it on each side. For example explaining each side and coming up with a way to make it look attractive.

GLO#4:        I accomplish GLO#4 by having my cube squared and having it look neat. For example typing out each side instead of writing it out because when you write it out it looks messy.

GLO#5         I accomplish GLO#5 by showing my cubes to other students instead of hiding it and not letting anyone see it. For example going to other people to look and read my bio cube.

GLO#6         I accomplish GLO#6 by typing out each side and adjusting it to make it fit on the cube and printing out my picture. For example typing my background and printing it.

Third week of leadership

On the third week of leadership we only had three days to work. During these three days we had to do schedule pick up for those who weren't able to go schedule pick up on Friday. It was tiring but I enjoyed it because I liked helping out others. Also, because I got to see my friends that I didn't even see at all during summer. This week was a great experiences of how it would be busy when the students come to pick up their forms for an school activity. Within these three days I learned how to do receipt, help students find their size for uniforms, and do things more quicker instead of taking my time. I had a blast learning new things and experiences from leadership because now we know more about leadership compared to when we first started. I love that everyone is starting to be so close with each other. The third week of leadership got me more excited for this school year.

schedule pick up

During the second week it was Schedule pick up.

On schedule pick up I accomplish all the GLO's during schedule pick up. I accomplish GLO#1 by being prepared for that day. Also, knowing what for do on the job given to me. For example getting their on time and wear what we needed to. Another example is making the picture accurate at the ID station. I accomplish GLO#2 by working with our group properly and getting the job done. Also, by understanding how to do our job / part. For example, I worked with our group effectively to finish an ID and understanding how to do my job as working the camera. I accomplish GLO#3 by thinking of a way to put the lanyard on the ID without scratching it. For example, when I was putting on the lanyard on the ID I accidentally scratch it so I tried another way to put it on with out scratching it and it worked. My idea was to hold the hook to open to fit the ID in. I accomplish GLO#4 by having the camera in a good position and making a quality ID. For example, I had to adjust the camera so theirs enough background and not to a lot / small space on the top to make it a quality ID.  I accomplish GLO#5 by communicating with other students and parents. For example, when I told the students or parents where to go to buy their uniform and get their ID. I accomplish GLO#6 by using the technology properly. For example,  to use the camera to take the students picture and not to just take picture of ourselves.

second week of leadership

The second week of leadership we had more experiences of what we will be doing for leadership daily. For examples working on the music that plays during morning, recess, and lunch. Also, making ID's for 7th, 8th grade and staff. Also, creating welcome to Ilima tv Intro. And we had schedule pick up during this week. I enjoyed  this week trying all this stuff and getting ready for schedule pick up. I enjoyed this because I liked learning new things to do. While getting ready and set for schedule pick up this was a great experience to have for up coming school year of getting an activity ready. Also this week we started to work on our bio cube. Working on the bio cube was easy because it is all about yourself. I had a terrific week learning more about leadership and trying new things.

first week of leadership

On my first week of Leadership we had to clean, set up, organize the rooms for school. We also got to experience someone else's interview. Watching someone else's interview is like watching my self because the person was nervous and that was how I was during my interview. The things we did during our first week of leadership was very exciting. Those experiences was exciting because it was my first time working /experiencing ilima's leadership. Even though cleaning doesn't sound as fun to do, I still had a great time cleaning because it feels like were volunteering to clean for a good cause.  Experiencing  leadership on the first week made me also feel anxious about the rest of the school year. It made me feel anxious for the rest of the school year because I'm anxious to go through the challenges leadership has to offer. I had a awesome first week of leadership getting used to all the jobs and working with new people.
